Well he did it again. He beat that poor thing again. I just filled out an online report to the SPCA. I will continue to send reports every time he does it. Sooner or later someone will show up and help that poor little puppy. I could just cry at how terrible it makes me feel. I want to run downstairs and take that dog away from Dippy. No animal deserves to be treated that way.
SPCA If you want to help or donate to the animals.

Well its been quiet, sort of. Dippy(that is what I call the kid below) Was home most of the day yesterday playing his video games. I know this because I could hear the music from his system and every time he lost he would yell obscenities. I wont repeat the words. He did yell at the dog a few times but nothing major. I guess he had the patio door open so the dog could go out and do its business. Dippy went out for a bit and when he truned with his dippy friends in tow, he was surprised that the dog left him a gift on the floor. So he yellled at the dog but I guess he didnt beat him cause his buddies were there.
I haven’t reported him to the SPCA yet but as soon as he beats the dog I will be doing it. Gregg did send an email to the strata council to let them know what is going on down there. They will be checking on the size of the dog too. Since there is a size limit of 40lbs. I have a feeling this puppy is going to be bigger than that. I have noticed some large dogs in the building. A lot have been here for years so there isnt much that can be done about those, but new dogs have to be under the required size. I dont mind dogs, I would like to have one some day too, but if you live in a condo you need to train your dog. Having a yappy dog in a building where your neighbors are close to you on every angle is not a good thing. Your neighbors will start to hate you and talk about you to others(I blog about them).
Well I hope that Dippy grows a brain and realizes that he shouldn’t have a dog. He is still a kid in many ways and not responsible enough to handle a puppy. His temper is very explosive. I hear him every day blowing up about something. And with that comes the throwing of items and beatings on the dog or fighting with his friends. Hmmm…. I wonder if he is doing steroids? (LOL)

YES! I Do! Ok, the mother has moved out and her son now is living there alone. He is 21 years old. I can deal with the age. He doesnt know much yet. Its obvious that he was never taught to have any respect to others. He came up and talked to us a couple months back. I guess the fine he got for 200.00 was a bit much. He came to ask if we were complaining. We said yes we did about the pot smell. The fine he got was for noise in the evenings after 11pm. Yes we did complain about that too but he didnt need to know that. He said he was sorry(which seemed a big effort) and would try to smoke his weed outside. I told him no, go smoke it in your car or off the property. The smoke comes up and into our condo. SO he agreed to try.
This week I have had enough of him. First off, he has a new dog. It sounds like a puppy. How can I tell? Well could it be that I know what a suffering dog sounds like? yes. He goes out to work or where ever he goes, and leaves the puppy locked up in the bedroom. He comes home and slams doors(so that my place rattles) and yells and beats the dog for pissing or crapping, (probably both) on the floor. Well this happens about twice a day. Ok I can understand training your puppy to be housebroken, but I have never had to beat my puppies to the point where the yelps go to screaming. If you have never heard a dog scream then you are lucky. It is an awful sound. Just horrible.
So today I am through with him. If he does it again tomorrow I will be calling the SPCA. I dont care if he knows its me. I want that dog taken away from him. Hell! I’ll take it if need be! I could rip my hair out every time I hear that poor little puppy crying from the pain that is being inflicted upon him. If he ever leaves the dog on the patio and goes out I think it might just go missing.
