A New Week

My weeks start on Tuesday. Gregg gets Saturday, Sunday and Monday off. He does the 4 x 10 days. We both like it, it gets us more time together and we can get more things done. This weekend we didn’t do much. Gregg fixed 2 computers for family members while I read my book or played on my computer. We did a bit of food shopping and I got my hair cut. Not too thrilled about it. I’m starting to think I need to find some place better to get it done. Or I just have to make sure I ask for the same lady every time I’m there. This girl cut way to much off. She cut about 2 inches on length and then layers it, but i can still put it all into a ponytail. Its just how much she layers it, It feels like I have no hair left. She was new at the salon and has only been a hairdresser for 2 years. It took her 1 1/2 hours to cut my hair! The only time it should take that long is if I’m getting something special done to it. Plus I got charged an extra 20 bucks more than usual. hmmmm…..

Maybe I will start driving to Langley to get my niece to cut my hair. How much do you charge Cynthia?

I did recolor my purple again. It looks good. I think after Angela’s (my other niece) wedding I am going to try a brighter color. A lighter purple. This one is violet and turns to a blue as it washes out. Anyways, I’ve been changing my blog a bit as you may have noticed. I’m trying to find things to add but not make it too cluttered. So far I like this template the best. I’m going to see about changing the header. Its too boring.

The rest of the week I will be here and over there, you know, over there on the sofa reading my book.  Doing “wifey” stuff around the condo. If the weather stays nice I might even go for a walk. Tomorrow I have my follow up appointment with my Plastic Surgeon to see how well I’m healing. I think its going well.  And thats about it.
