Word Camp

Published by purpledragonfly at 9:56 am under Events, Local, WordPress, linklove, links

Gregg and I were in Langley at the Convention Center last night at Word Camp. I found it very interesting and helpful. There were a few speakers that I have been following their blogs. Here is a list of the people that were speaking.

  1. Raul- Hummingbird604
  2. Gary- Bluefur
  3. Kulpreet- Kulpreet
  4. Rebecca- Miss604
  5. John- JohnChow

They all had very interesting topics. It was mostly about using Wordpress.com. Gregg and I have been using Wordpress for a few years now. I really like it. Its so easy to use. I got some great tips on how to make my blog better. I hope that I’ll be able to use all the tips. I didn’t mingle much with all the people. I wanted to , but my mouth has been so sore the last couple weeks that talking just makes it worse. I was popping painkillers throughout the meeting.

You can read more about WordCamp on Miss.604’s blog. She was live blogging last night. I’m sure that Raul was doing it too. I’ll be adding all these blogs to my blogroll today. I hope they do the same for me.
